This is all in the process of being translated into English from the Japanese Zoids Dictionary. Suggestions for different romanisations of names are more than welcome!

Explanatory Notes:
1. Descriptions of the [ ] beside the entry titles:
[O] : Old Battle Story, including old Zoids.
[N] : Zoids Official Fanbook, as well as new Zoids.
[B] : Zoids BLOX (including NeoBLOX).
[CC] : Anime, Chaotic Century.
[GF] : Anime, Guardian Force.
[NC] : Anime, New Century/0.
[F] : Anime, Zoids Fuzors, as well as FZ-numbered Zoids.
[Ge] : Anime, Zoids Genesis, as well as GZ-numbered Zoids.
[BC] : Zoids Battle Cards.
[Ga] : Games (Zoids Saga, etc).
[C] : Comics (Mechanical Beasts New Century ZOIDS (CC comic) etc).
[W] : Zoids Web Comics (Bucks vs Maya & Delusional Battle History).
[M] : Magazines, such as Koro-Koro, Dengeki Hobby Magazine, etc.
[X] : Other.
2. Old Zoids are those released between 1982 and 1990. New Zoids were released after 1999.
3. Designation numbers of Zoids and custom parts are noted inside the [ ].
EG: BLADE LIGER [N : RZ-028]
4. All Roman numerals are replaced with Arabic numbers.
EG: Globally 3, Gojulas MK-2 (Instead of Globally III, Gojulas Mk-II)
5. When titles start with 'the', it is ignored.
EG: "The Devil's Maze" appears under 'D'
6. Game items and equipment are excluded to avoid trouble.
