The Neo Zenebas Empire’s urgent attack, which aimed to completely control the central continent, could have meant the extermination of the Helic Republic’s surviving military force. In the Republic there was the invincible Zoid that combined mighty grapple capability with mobility — the Gojulas Giga. However the Empire attacked from outside rifle range distance which meant all Giga’s special abilities became invalid. An “anti-Gojulas Giga long distance bombardment type” Zoid had been developed. The base of this machine was a brontosaurus-type Zoid. In order to fire at Giga’s ancient titanium armour from a super-long distance the Zoid’s long body had been utilised as a charged particle cannon’s gun-barrel and particle accelerator.
In the summer of ZAC 2106, the Imperial technology department finished a huge Zoid that had a super-focused charged particle cannon (aka, the Zenebas cannon). This was the Seismosaurus. Now the arrival of the biggest crisis for the Republic Army and their Gojulas Giga is here!
ZOID EXPLANATION
About 50 years ago during the large war, after the collapse of the old Zenebas empire, the technicians fled to the dark continent. They gave their skills to the Guylos Empire and invented masterpieces such as the Geno Saurer and Berserk Führer. But these were, after all, Zoids of Guylos. Now that Zenebas has been reborn, high-ranked officers who once knew of Imperial glory have begun to long for a genuine Zenebas-made Zoid. The technical department launched a newly developed machine made from the base of the old Zenebas Empire's strongest Zoid, Death Saurer. They knew the Republic had developed an enormous Zoid, the Gojulas Giga.
Giga’s mighty grapple ability combined with mobility makes it an invincible Zoid in close combat. This monster’s high output E-shield and ancient titanium armour can endure even a Death Saurer’s large-calibre charged particle cannon. Imperial officers demanded battle power that surpassed that of the new Giga. The technology department’s answer to oppose this Zoid was a way that would make Giga’s special abilities invalid. Namely, plans for the “Death Saurer long-distance cannon type”.
Even so, Giga’s armour was not fragile — it could withstand a bombardment from a long distance. When charged particles travel a long distance they scatter and their power drops. For the Death Saurer long-distance type, the tyrannosaurus was sacrificed for a brontosaurus type Zoid. Seismosaurus was adopted. Its long body is the particle accelerator and gun-barrel of a charged particle cannon. Therefore the concentrated charged particle cannon fire radiates over a wide area. The development of a super long weapon that doesn't lose power over a long distance was a success. Up to now charged particles would dissolve at high pressures and could be deflected. The super-focused charged particle cannon (nicknamed the Zenebas cannon) which can travel over long distances without loosing power, was completed.
The Death Saurer had a sole weakness — the charged particle intake fan set up in its abdomen could become an easy target, so it was left off this new Zoid. Also, for grapple battles the new Zoid was equipped with a bite fang and weighted impact tail. When in medium and close range combat the charged particle cannon is substituted for the 31-gate small-calibre 2-barrelled laser machine gun. With one shower from this gun Seismosaurus can wipe out all surrounding enemies in a clean sweep. As well as this it was installed with mounts that unite with Blox parts which, in turn, strengthen the Zoid’s armament.
The Zenebas Empire’s soul and skill gathers with the rollout of Seismosaurus. It is certainly a worthy Zoid to lead the new empire.
WILD BODY EXPLANATION
The wild Zoids that inhabit the planet Zi are living animals (such as dinosaurs, beasts and insects) with a metal exterior. Battle Zoids are captured wild Zoids that have had their Zoid Core (an interior sphere — similar to the brain, nerves, heart, etc) saved and portions of the machine replaced. While developing an anti-Giga type Zoid the Imperial technology department attained a stubborn large wild Zoid that could endure fire from a super-focused charged particle cannon. Its candidacy as a wild Zoid form of Death Saurer or Whale King rose as it was established that this brontosaurus type wild Zoid could support a heavy weight with its tough durability and energy deliverance. The wild Seismosaurus Zoid was chosen to be an anti-Giga type Zoid’s base.

Battle Story
• ZAC 2106, spring. On the central continent.The Neo Zenebas Imperial Army — who had had Cook Fort snatched by the Helic Republic — immediately began a counterattack. However Cook was a natural fortress, surrounded on all sides by a mountain range and rivers. The Republic Army also had their strongest Gojulas Giga unit. The Imperial Army had pride in their overwhelming war potential but the recapture of Cook was not simple. They reached a stalemate and before long the seasons moved into summer. Despite being under siege by innumerable enemies, the Republican officers’ expressions were bright. Their powerful aerial Zoids, Buster Eagle and Salamander, maintained the Republic’s mastery of the air and guaranteed their supply line. Above all the existence of the Gojulas Giga continued to uplift soldiers’ morale. The ancient titanium coating on Giga’s armour made it almost indestructible to Imperial weapons. The Republic units that had become scattered on the western and dark continents re-gathered and had sufficient expectations to wait for the next stage… when, due to an unexpected flash of matter, the balance of all the troops was broken!
An Arosaurer that was carrying resources received from a Buster Eagle was penetrated by a flash that left a circular opening, then it lost its upper body and exploded. Intermittently Gorhecks and Leo Strikers were, one after another, put out in similar flashes. The bodies were hidden in a rocky area, and the rocks were scattered away.
Before the mysterious gunfire the only movement was of Republic Zoids. There were no shouts in this battle, a one-sided massacre, until a Gojulas Giga’s armour was penetrated.
There was jamming from the Dimetrodon and although Gorhecks’ radar searched the shooting site it showed no signs of the enemy. The Republican officers were in chaos. They became speechless when they saw the images that were finally sent by the correspondence Buster Eagle. They saw a brontosaurus-type Zoid with an Imperial mark search for an enemy then release a super-long-distance bombardment. This brontosaurus-type Zoids was different to the old ones because of its long silhouette. It was the Neo Zenebas Empire’s restored insignia, a new Zoid, Seismosaurus.
The Republic’s front line fell into panic as the Imperial Army’s assault began. The form of the conspicuously large Seismosaurus brought more fear into the Republican soldiers as the defensive line was cruelly stepped on.
As the evacuation of allies continued, a group of Republican units stood in the way of Seismosaurus. The mixed unit consisted of Gojulas Gigas, Arosaurers and Leo Strikers. The Leo Striker unit that expanded in front of Giga set up their E-shields. Rain of Seismo’s 31-gate laser cannon came. Innumerable ventilators opened as the Leo Striker unit collapsed. Nevertheless this sacrifice gave Giga time for a counterattack.
Giga transformed into pursuit mode. The other surviving Zoid units followed, breaking through the siege network and closing in on Seismosaurus. The chimera unit — Seismosaurus’ escorts, consisting of Scissor Storm, Laser Storm and Styluarmor — fired but it did not stop Giga’s fierce attack.
Giga’s buster cannons were fired. A hit. Thick smoke emerged from Seismosaurus’ side, obstructing sight of the surroundings. Giga’s pilot was confident Seismosaurus had been crushed.
However after a moment, calmly appearing from inside the smoke was Ultimate Seismo, the strengthened Seismosaurus fused with its consorts Scissor Storm and Laser Storm.
The crescent laser cannon mounted on Seismosaurus’ body partially severed the Leo Strikers’ armour, and the Chain Scissor crushed every Arosaurer into the ground. Again, there was a shower of fire of charged particles from the 31 gun turrets as the Republic Army’s small Zoids were relentlessly erased.
Originally Seismosaurus was expected to be a support machine but it advanced — Ultimate Seismo displayed its overwhelming battle power to the soldiers in order to halt all resistance.
Already the only sound Zoid in the front line was the Giga. However Giga had not yet met the final trump card that would alter the war situation. The 32-barrel Zoid core cannon. The super destructive weapon that from far away surpassed the charged particle cannon. This power was the forbidden weapon that would snatch away the Giga’s life. Giga’s back fins let off violent radiation. Nevertheless it was set free when, in a fast instant, the super-focused charged particle cannon’s zero-distance shooting penetrated Giga’s Zoid core. The pride of the Republic Army, Giga’s large form slowly fell to the ground.
This was Ultimate Seismo’s victorious triumph and the moment that ensured the Neo Zenebas Empire’s complete control of the central continent.
